Site Plans

Upon completion, Leewood Renaissance at Franklin will be up to 209 homes. The first two phases will include one-level and two-level townhome-style condominium homes, each with private front and rear entrances.

The Ash neighborhood and Birch neighborhood phases of the community, consisting of the first 40 homes, is now selling for late summer/early fall delivery.
