Leewood Mt. Zion RB Urban Renewal, LLC, a joint venture of Leewood NJ and the Mt. Zion AME Community Development Corporation completed Leewood Mt. Zion Homes in New Brunswick, NJ. The community included thirty-six (36) 2 + 3 bedroom single and multi-level condominium homes. As in all Leewood communities, these homes featured spacious, sun-filled floor plans, 5-Star® energy efficiency, off-street parking, and fully-equipped kitchens and bathrooms.
Leewood Renaissance at Trenton
This community in Trenton featured eighteen (18) 2-family homes. Each home consisted of a 1,400 square foot, 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom owner’s townhome with tiled kitchens and baths, Energy Star rated windows, doors, insulation and appliances for lower monthly utility payments and two on-site private parking spaces. In addition, these unique homes featured a 970 square foot, 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom rental apartment on the first floor that could be used to offset monthly mortgage costs or be a convenient living quarters for extended family.

From time to time, Leewood offers a limited number of unrestricted Market-Rate homes in some of Trenton, NJ’s most desirable neighborhoods.
